We are so excited to have you join us for NAS Homecoming at MASS MoCA and in the North Adams community this June 1 - 4! Connect and reconnect with your community of passionate arts and culture leaders during a refreshing and invigorating gathering in the cozy mountains of western Massachusetts!

Homecoming 2025 | Lodging Package

Thanks to the Barr Foundation’s generous support, your participation in Homecoming is completely underwritten. Your stay includes three nights at Hotel Downstreet, meals (except one on-your-own dinner), and admission to MASS MoCA's exhibits. We just need some additional information to complete your booking!


Interested in sharing a room with a friend? Our rooms at Hotel Downstreet can accommodate up to one roommate. If you and another alum would like to share a room with two queen beds, please list their name below. If you would prefer to have your own room, please select your room type preference below. NAS will honor all requests for solo rooms and make every effort to fulfill preferences for room type and roommate.

You are responsible for your own lodging during the event. We just need some additional information to complete your booking!





Homecoming 2025 | Lodging Package

Homecoming's Lodging Package includes:
  • 3 nights at Hotel Downstreet
  • Meals (except one on-your-own dinner) and snacks
  • Full access to MASS MoCA

Hotel Downstreet is located at 40 Main St, North Adams, MA 01247.

The true per-person cost for the event is $976, but we invite you to choose your Homecoming price below. Due to our costs associated with the gathering, we have set a minimum price for the Lodging Package at $350. 


We recognize that your time has value of its own, and we know that traveling to this retreat brings its own costs. If you’re able to pay more than our suggested price, know that the amount over $976 assists NAS in the attendance costs of other NAS community members and can be a tax deductible donation.

Accessibility at NAS Homecoming is a top priority for us. MASS MoCA is committed to providing a welcoming environment. If you would like a wheelchair, gallery stool, listening device, or other access needs, please share them below and we will do our best to center you. Lastly, we’re committed to gathering as safely as possible. NAS will watch local guidance regarding COVID-19 and may require rapid testing, supplied by NAS, upon your arrival.

NAS Homecoming 2025 is a private event for NAS program alumni and select partners. Bookings by parties not eligible for participation will be subject to cancellation and a full refund minus processing fees.

Need to cancel? We understand. NAS will issue full refunds, minus processing fees, upon request until May 12, 2025. Please reach out to nasbilling@artstrategies.org in order to initiate your refund.

In the event of a full cancellation of Homecoming 2025, full refunds will be issued to all booked parties.
