FC Explores is an unpaid after-school enrichment program open to high school students aged 15-18. Unlike our traditional programming, there is no past Future Chefs engagement or culinary skills required. In each session, participants will be learning life skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management through hands-on activities. Not only will you get to cook, you will enjoy a family meal prepared by participants and staff every programming day.

There will be three separate sessions, each running for approximately six weeks. Each session will have a specialized topic so that participants can learn something new from each session. We encourage applicants to apply for all three sessions; Spots will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Program Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Monday sessions will run from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday sessions will run from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
