AMSI Summer School 2025 - Application Form

AMSI is pleased to partner with the University of Sydney (USyd) to host AMSI Summer School 2025 from 6-31 January at their Camperdown Campus, Sydney and online.

Applications for AMSI Summer School include submission of this form AND payment via the USyd online payment gateway (which you will be redirected to when you submit this form).

  • Applicants can choose to study one or two subjects - view subject guides
  • With permission from their home university, students can gain credit for one subject 
    (It is your responsibility to discuss with your honours/masters/program coordinator to confirm your eligibility and the process you need to follow at your home university in addition to the AMSI Summer School application form in order to receive a credit. (e.g. enrolling in a shell subject. AMSI subjects are not a cross-institutional enrolment))

Every effort will be made to accommodate your first preference/s, however, acceptance is not guaranteed due to subject maximum capacities. We recommend nominating an additional preference.

NOTE: Algebraic Knot Theory is currently at capacity. Please join the wait list and we will contact if there are any vacancies




It is your responsibility to discuss with your home university and receive permission to take subjects for credit



Event Details
You are strongly encouraged to attend in-person at the University of Sydney to maximise your Summer School experience, however virtual participation is also available.

Note: While AMSI and USyd will endeavour to provide the best experience possible for virtual participants, not all of the elements of the program will be available remotely, and some functions may be limited.
