For general feedback about accessibility or for non-priority requests, please refer to the Accessibility Feedback or Request for Modifications Form. Use this form to send time-sensitive requests for reasonable accommodations the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA). These requests may include but are not limited to:

• Sign language interpreter for upcoming public meetings or webinars
• Live CART captioning services for upcoming public meetings or webinars
• Access to assistive technology for upcoming public meetings
• Providing resources or information in an alternate format
• Priority remediation of inaccessible content, including documents or webpages
• Priority captioning of pre-recorded videos
• Assistance with physical barriers
• Extended usage of Colorado’s Aira system

Please note that requests related to upcoming public meetings, webinars, or conferences require at least 7 days notice before the event. We will make every attempt to meet your request, however, coordinating services with third-party contractors is dependent upon availability. Providing notice at least 14 days prior will help ensure that we are able to meet your request.
