PEBC Lab Host Fellows Program Application (2025-2026)

The application is due on or before Friday, May 16th at 11:59PM. If you are an ECE-12th grade teacher in the Denver Metro Area who is interested in leading from the classroom as a PEBC Lab Host Fellow, please apply. We have a limited number of openings in the PEBC Lab Host Fellows Program for the 2025-2026 school year and we would love the chance to learn alongside you and your students. This is a year long program and potentially represents a longer partnership with PEBC if you go on to become a PEBC Lab Host. To ensure this program fits with your time and professional goals, we ask that you review the program details below, and complete our application which includes short answer questions aligned with the project. The common thread among PEBC Lab Host Fellows is that they have a desire to be part of a scholarly, collegial community committed to equity, as well as  a strong commitment to ensuring all students achieve at high levels. We also ask for one letter of recommendation from an administrator, colleague, instructional coach, student, or parent, highlighting your work as an educator. Your application will be reviewed by the PEBC Lab Host Fellows Program Advisory Team and you will be notified of acceptance on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. PEBC Lab Host Fellows Program

The primary purpose in establishing the PEBC Lab Host Fellows Program is to elevate the teaching profession and increase student achievement by actualizing the research-based best practices delineated in the PEBC Continuum. The Lab Host Fellows Program is a leadership pathway anchored in classrooms for teacher leaders to learn alongside colleagues. In order to explore and solidify their beliefs about teaching and learning, Fellows read and discuss current instructional research and professional texts - all through the lens of a personal inquiry question.  Some of these research based practices include using the PEBC Instructional Framework focusing on stance, community, thinking strategies and workshop model as a planning and reflection tool to support growth and reflection.  We will also utilize the PEBC Equity Indicators to anchor our afternoon seminars.
