Position Summary:
The Finance Senior Manager works closely with the VP of Administration and CEO to support Washington Conservation Action’s financial, administrative, and operational activities. Through process improvements, implementation of internal controls, and financial analysis, the Finance Senior Manager seeks to improve the financial position and sustainability of the organization. The Finance Senior Manager supervises the 501c3 and 501c4 Administrative Associates in their day-to-day functions, including bookkeeping and other administrative support. Additionally, the Finance Senior Manager provides analytical support to various stakeholders such as management, the Board of Directors, and programmatic staff.
Compensation and Salary:
This is a full time, non-exempt position with a salary of $75,000.
