A glorious expanded combo of voice, edgy pop and some reverberant darkness perform two sets!
YSKA is the solo project of Sydney artist Ivana Kay, also known as half the prolific alt pop duo MICRA.
YSKA arrived with the enigmatic single 'Mother' before she fell into MICRA with multi instrumentalist and composer Robbie Cain- (like Willy Bowden, Robbie has fallen all over BNDT soundscapes with his extra fluent OP-1 sampler improvs- and performed in 2023's version of the BNDT ensemble)
YSKA will perform with BNDT and CCC, a mix of old classics like Mother, new jams with BNDT, and BNDT tracks already released faves from last years shows!
CCC is BNDT and Greg CHIAPELLO. 2getha alone they spent an intense week some years ago trapped in Bandits spacejunk studio- jamming, searching- pushing some pop boundaries side ways- and came away with most of an album with a unique flavour- Chiapellos controlling sweet tune winding thru and over BNDt’s chaos and chill- thus was born CCC Control Chaos and Chill-
