Thanks for your interest in joining the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential (GCAPP) Youth Advisory Council (YAC).

GCAPP is seeking teens and young adults to join our YAC who are interested in enhancing their leadership skills and being an advocate for better health and well-being of adolescents in their communities.

If you are between the ages of 14 and 24 and live in Georgia, and you are interested in community/state-level change, leadership development and youth advocacy, this is the perfect position for you. The position will begin in March 2025 and will be a 1-year commitment.

Council meetings and activities will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual. Most activities will be virtual and all expenses for in-person activities will be covered by GCAPP. We will make every attempt to schedule meetings based on the availability of the majority of YAC members.
