After your information is received, our Merit Award Selection Committee will review your materials and invite you to an interview session. Decisions will be made and selected educators will be informed within two weeks of submitting all application materials.

Please note: The application fee for this course is $250. If you do not participate on course you will receive a partial refund of your application fee.

The merit based scholarship fund for Educator Expeditions covers the cost of transportation, food, two Outward Bound instructors per crew, gear and equipment, and the Outward Bound canoeing experience, which generally totals $2,500-$3,000.
