The Leadership Initiative is a cross-agency mentoring program for Providers’ Council organizations, designed to support career growth in the human services sector. The program offers a framework for growth through mentor and mentee relationships and is tailored to connect individuals looking to advance their careers in the sector and those willing to share knowledge from their experience. To complete this application, the following items are required on the following pages:
  • The following page of personal and career information;
  • LinkedIn or resume;
  • Questions about your participation in the program; and
  • Participation agreement.
