Program Eligibility Requirements
- Recent graduate (2020-2025) of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in Maryland.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing and able to work in Baltimore City
- Availability to participate full-time for the duration of the Fellowship. The Fellowship is 12 months long and employment placements are contractual for one year.
- At least 2 years of professional, internship, or volunteer experience.
