Mindfulness for Overwhelm: Strategies for the Short-Term and Habits for the Long-Haul

April 29, 2025 from 2:00-3:30pm
via Zoom

2025 has been a challenging year for many nonprofit professionals. In this interactive virtual workshop, you will explore mindfulness-based strategies to help you manage overwhelming moments and create long-term habits that support wellbeing and resilience.

We will focus on two key areas:

Mindfulness tools you can use when you feel overwhelmed.

Simple, sustainable habits that you can incorporate into your routine to build long-term resilience.

Through live mindfulness practices, guided self-reflection, and engaging discussions, you will leave with practical strategies you can apply immediately and over time to foster a balanced and sustainable approach to your work.
