reserves the right for your well-being, to refuse entry to the walk if for
whatever reason our medical professionals consider a person unfit to
take part. We may also ask you to withdraw during the event if medical
professionals have concerns about your ability to complete it due to
fitness, injury or otherwise.
If you choose to continue you do so with the understanding that you are
no longer considered a participant of the event and that you absolve us
of all and any responsibility, and progress entirely at your own risk.

- By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to
use the images resulting from any photography/video filming taken, and
any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity
or other purposes to help promotion of the Andrew Robinson Young
Peoples Trust
This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their
printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding
applications. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform
