She’ll cover how to design a holistic employee onboarding process that communicates your values, and fully taps into your new employee’s expertise, ideas and perspectives to engage them in making positive contributions to your organization’s culture and mission. We’ll also talk about why on-boarding processes fail and how to avoid pitfalls.

This will be an in-person, hands-on workshop, where you will begin drafting your employee on-boarding process and be able to engage in conversation with other attendees as we learn together.
