Thank you for your interest in Wedu’s Introduction to Leadership (ITL) Course.


We’re excited you’re here! ITL is an online, self-paced course designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, clarify your goals, and strengthen your identity as a leader.


This application form should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. We look forward to learning more about your journey and supporting you in shaping your leadership path.


The form is divided into four short sections:

  1. Eligibility Check: To determine whether this programme is the right fit for you at this time.

  2. Personal Information: To get to know you and your background.

  3. Membership Fee: To confirm your membership tier and process your payment.

  4. Data Privacy Consent: To confirm your permission to use your information and stay in touch.

At Wedu, we strive to make our programmes accessible and fair. Your membership fee will be set thoughtfully using Wedu’s internal algorithm, based on the information you share, so that everyone has an equitable opportunity to participate. Before You Begin: Are You Eligible?

You’re eligible to apply if you meet all of the following:

  • You identify as a woman¹

  • You are 20 years old or older²

  • You hold nationality from a country in South or Southeast Asia³
