This three-part Lunch & Learn webinar series is designed for adults who want to strengthen their role as allies to young people in Georgia. The series provides insight, skills, and practical strategies to support meaningful conversations about sexual health and overall youth well-being. Participants can attend one, two, or all three sessions, free of charge.
This series supports GCAPP’s commitment to cultivating community partnerships by equipping adult allies with the tools to foster safe, informed, and compassionate spaces for youth.

Session 1: "Level Setting: What Does it Mean to be an Adult Ally?"
Date & Time: Monday, October 27th from 12pm-1pm
Description: This kick-off session will feature YAC members sharing their lived experiences and perspectives. Together, we will definite what it means to be an adult ally and explore why allyship is essential in creating environments where young people feel supported and heard. 

Session 2: "Clear the Air: Reducing Sexual Shame & Stigma with Self"
Date & Time: Monday, November 3rd from 12pm-1pm
Description: This webinar explores the research-backed effects of sexual stigma on health and emotional outcomes, providing participant with a clear understanding of how internalized shame can shape personal beliefs, professional behaviors, and interactions with youth and clients. 

Session 3: "From Awkward to Empowering: A Practical Framework for Sexual Health Conversations with Youth"
Date & Time: Monday, November 17th from 12pm-1pm
Description: Through interactive discussions, this session will help participants explore how relational, non-judgmental, and compassionate approaches lead to better health and wellbeing outcomes for youth.
