Due to limited capacity, those who apply before the application closes on Monday, August 3rd at 9:00AM, and meet the eligibility requirements for the POND Housing Program will be placed into a randomized application drawing that will take place on August 3rd. Those selected via the drawing, will be contacted via the phone number and/or email you provide on the application, and be expected to respond to the Housing Navigation Specialist within a 24-hour period to move onto the next step.
The participants selected in the drawing will be invited to a Virtual meeting, where participants will meet with the Housing team to learn about program guidelines & details, benefits of the program, and determine if POND is a good match for them. Participants who attend the virtual meeting will then be determine if they are eligible and if they will move forward to officially be admitted into the POND Program.
- Ages 18-24 (if 24, must have at least 6 months until your 25th birthday).
- Must commit to a 12-month lease in Maricopa County.
- Participants must live alone and maintain stable employment throughout the program.
- No registered sex offenders. Cannot be listed on the National Sex Offender Public Website.
All applicants should expect to hear back regarding the status of their application by Friday, August 7th. Information on additional community resources will be shared with all applicants. one▪n▪ten offers additional housing navigation services to help connect young adults ages 18-24 with programs such as workforce development, connection to education opportunities, referrals for resources and connection to other housing services and providers.
The application will close and reopen as spaces are available throughout the year, applications will not roll over into the next drawing, therefore applicants must reapply each time the housing application opens.

Only the individual signing this document may submit the application. While case managers, advocates, or other third parties may assist applicants with completing the application if needed, they may not submit an application on the applicant's behalf.
As part of our "light touch" approach, participants are expected to independently sign all required documents and attend scheduled appointments on time. This helps ensure participants are prepared to successfully engage in the program and work toward long-term housing stability.
