To ensure a smooth room reservation process, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:

  • Purpose: Our spaces are designed to support charitable activities. Unfortunately, events like birthday parties or weddings cannot be accommodated.

  • Cost: Please review our pricing structure. We are unable to offer complimentary or discounted rates.

  • Food and Drinks: Food and beverages are welcome in our conference spaces! However, we cannot coordinate catering services. Kindly note, the sale of alcohol is not permitted without a valid liquor license and TIPS certified servers.

  • Duration: Reservations must be for a minimum of 4 hours.
