PERSONAL APPEARANCE & PPE
High standard of dress, grooming and personal cleanliness are vital to uphold yours and our company image. When working on any of our sites, you are expected to present a clean and neat appearance. In some cases, we may provide you with a company branded top or vest, if this be the case you are expected to always wear this onsite. In addition to this you must ensure you are wearing the required personal protective equipment to your task.
FIRST AID KITS
It is the responsibility of all trade partners to have first aid kit in their vehicle.
SITE CLEANLINESS
Each contractor is responsible for cleaning up and keeping the site free of garbage, either swept or preferably vacuumed when leaving.
Most domestic renovation sites (The Inside Project, WeDo sites) will have bins / bags onsite for the disposal of small debris.
Speak with the Project Manager about how to properly dispose of any large items before leaving site.
Commercial building sites (InstallEx sites) will have varying arrangements for disposal of garbage; please ask us if you are unclear.
Deductions for cleaning or removal of garbage may be incurred if these instructions or direction is not followed.
If storing any materials or tools onsite, please ensure they are in a safe and secure location.

SITE CONDUCT
When entering a site, you must introduce yourself and explain who you are and what you are there to do. This applies if the client is another principal contractor or a home owner. If you are working in a client's home please remember a renovation is an invasive experience . Put yourself in the client's shoes and ask yourself how you would like your home treated by trades people. For example, if you use anything in the home, like the bathroom, it must be left clean. This also applies to any pets that may be housed at the job site. Please respect the client's instructions but also ensure they are not causing any health or safety risk. If you believe this is the case, please discuss with the Project Manager / Project Coordinator.
