Brick & Concrete Walls
  1. Does your kitchen area have any walls that are brick or concrete?

Demolition
  1. During the demolition process we remove and dispose all of the old cabinetry, appliances and splashback cladding. You can elect to keep the appliances to be reused or sold.

Plumbing
  1. Our registered plumbers will attend prior to demolition to disconnect the sink & tap along with any gas appliances so they can be safely removed by the demolition team.
  2. After the demolition is complete the plumber "roughs in" the new water and gas services in the correct locations.
  3. After the installation of the cabinets and benchtop is complete the plumber returns to "fit off" AKA connect the water and gas services that were roughed in earlier in the process.

Electrical
  1. Our registered electricians will attend prior to demolition to disconnect any electric appliances so they can be safely removed by the demolition team.
  2. After the demolition is complete the electrician "roughs in" the new services in the correct locations.

Plaster
  1. During the demolition process the splashback area is removed. Normally during this process the plaster behind the splashback material cannot be saved. A plasterer will attend to replace this plaster, ready for the new splashback.
Also, wall & ceiling plaster may need repair where new services are run, or where bulkheads or joinery removed.

Splashback

We offer 2 splashback services. We can tile the splashback area or we can install an acrylic / laminate splashback panel.

Option 1 - Our tiler will attend site after the cabinetry and benchtop is installed to complete the splashback tiling.

Option 2 - After the installation of the benchtop is complete we install the acrylic / laminate splashback.
