By signing below, I/we specifically acknowledge and agree that (1) all statements made in this Application are made for the purpose of obtaining a Commercial Loan (s) with Pimlico Group LLC, its Sources, Agents, Successors, and/or Assigns (collectively, “Pimlico”); (2) the Loan will be a Commercial Loan used for Business Purpose only and any collateral property shall be unoccupied and NOT used for Residential Purposes; (3) Verification and /or Re-verification of any information contained in this Application may be made at any time by Pimlico and I/we understand that Pimlico will rely upon the information provided in this Application and I/we have the continuing obligation to amend and/or supplement the information provided if any information I/we have provided should change; (4) any resulting loan may be transferred without any prior notice to me/us; (5) Pimlico makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, to me/us regarding the property, the condition of the property, or the value of the property.

CERTIFICATION: I/we certify that the information provided in this Application is true and correct as of the date(s) set forth opposite my/our signature(s) and acknowledge my/our understanding that any intentional or negligent misrepresentation of the information contained in this Application may result in civil liability and/or criminal penalties including, but not limited to, fine or imprisonment or both under the provisions of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001, et seq.; and liability for monetary damages to Pimlico and any other person who may suffer any loss due to reliance upon misrepresentation which I/we have made in this Application.

AUTHORIZATION FOR CREDIT AND OTHER INQUIRIES AND CONTACT AUTHORIZATION

I/we authorize Pimlico to order credit reports on me from time to time and to make whatever credit inquiries Pimlico deems necessary in connection with this Application or in the course of review, refinance or collection of any credit extended in reliance on this Application.  I/we authorize any person or consumer reporting agency to complete, compile and furnish to Pimlico any information that Pimlico may request.  I/we authorize Pimlico (and any financial service provider that Pimlico may ask to evaluate my/our request) to verify the information I/we have given and obtain information about me from a consumer reporting agency or other sources.  I/we agree that all information that I/we provide or that Pimlico obtains in connection with my Application or otherwise: (i) may be used by Pimlico to process my/our request and that Pimlico may contact me/us using any telephone number and/or email address that I/we have provided; (ii) will remain Pimlico’s property whether or not credit is extended; and (iii) may be disclosed by Pimlico to any of Pimlico’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns (including any transferee or participant in the credit requested).

By providing my mobile and/or home number (including any phone number that I/we later convert to a mobile phone number) through this Application or otherwise, I/we consent to receive informational calls, text messages (including by auto dialers and/or with pre-recorded messages) by or on behalf of Pimlico regarding the processing of my request and, if approved, for other transactional purposes, such as the collection and servicing of my/our account(s).  I/we understand that my/our consent for non-marketing, informational calls and messages applies to each phone number that I/we voluntarily provide to Pimlico now or in the future.
