If you have a corporate font then we can apply it to some text elements such as article titles, article summary text, etc but please note only recipients with the corporate font installed on their device will see it render in the communication. If it is not installed the chosen web safe font will render in its place.

Currently we cannot target remotely hosted fonts e.g. Google fonts.

If a Web Safe Font is not specified we'll use Arial as the default.

The 'Issue Archive', Share Email', and 'Print Version' links are included as standard. You can also include additional links such as your website, intranet or employee portal - simply input the URLs and we'll add them to your template.

Allowing your audience to rate or like articles can be a great way to gather feedback and encourage engagement.

Social Features such as Article Rating & Commenting can be enabled on an individual Article basis.

Using article comment functionality is another great way to gather feedback while increasing engagement and interaction. You can choose to moderate comments before they are posted. 

Enabling article sharing will allow your audience to publish a link on their own social media channels to a particular article. Especially useful for external facing good news stories - allows your audience to become your biggest advocates!

Social features such as Article Sharing can be enabled on an individual article basis.

Including links to your organization's social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), etc. on your communication can be useful for allowing your audience to connect with your social channels.
