Survey Overview & Program Design

The LBG Canada Employee Giving survey explores aspects of program set-up, management, and governance that enable maximum community and business impact.

You may be providing your company’s first response to this survey. If so, thank you! For companies participating over multiple years, the survey is pre-populated with information previously submitted. If an answer does not require updating, the pre-populated answer is carried forward as the current response. All responses remain confidential.

Ideally, this survey will be completed in one session. However, the ‘save my progress and resume later’ option at the top right of each page allows the survey to be completed in multiple sittings. All questions require an answer.
