I have asked Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (“Yellow Dog”) to act as my booking agent and to provide other services to me in connection with my trip to the Destination and on the corresponding Trip Arrival and Departure Dates noted above.
I understand that for reasons out of my control and out of Yellow Dog’s control – such as pandemics, war, civil unrest, airline cancellations, terrorist attacks, hurricanes, lockdowns, and other Acts of God or acts of man – that my travel plans could be interrupted, my trip could be cancelled, or I could decide to cancel my trip. In addition, I understand that there are risks inherent with destination angling, such as risks inherent in travel, in wilderness adventure, in being in or around bodies of water, and other risks that could lead me to suffer harm or injury.
I also understand and acknowledge that Yellow Dog has provided me a copy of its
Terms and Conditions. I have had an opportunity to read those Terms and Conditions and understand that, among other things, they set forth Yellow Dog’s policy with respect to trip payments, cancellations, and rebooking scenarios. I further understand and acknowledge that Yellow Dog has provided me basic information about various travel insurance options available to me, including insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) benefit, which information I have had an opportunity to read.
In consideration of the fact that Yellow Dog has agreed to act as my booking agent and to provide me other services in connection with my trip, I hereby:
1) Release and hold Yellow Dog harmless from any losses I incur on account of trip interruption or trip cancellation, regardless of whether the interruption or cancellation is caused by an Act of God or an act of man or my decision to cancel, and acknowledge my understanding that such losses may be avoided by purchasing the best available travel insurance;
2) Acknowledge my agreement and understanding that Yellow Dog’s
Terms and Conditions are a material part of my contract with Yellow Dog and are binding on me;
3) Release and hold Yellow Dog harmless from any claims arising out of any personal injury or property damage related to this trip not caused by Yellow Dog’s own negligence.
