How the Ed Fund defines a Mentor: Ed Fund Mentors are part of SFUSD's formal
Mentoring for Success Program. Mentors engage students in asset-building activities to build skills for school success, attendance, and high self-esteem. Mentors work 1:1 with a student during lunch time or afterschool at a specific SFUSD school that has a
Mentoring for Success program.
