To complete this application you will need the following information. We recommend that you complete the application with your parent or guardian if possible: 

  • Basic information about yourself (contact information, the high school you attend, summer plans)
  • Your parent or guardian's contact information (email, address, and phone). 
  • Your parent or guardian's annual income, and education level (for Bay Area and Boston student's)
  • Answer short essay questions about why you want to apply to Summer Search
